Security System & Monitoring Installation

We went with the advanced motion-and-glass-break package after a break-in two houses down. The panel, door/window sensors, and glass-break detectors all paired cleanly with the monitoring service, and the installer walked us through arming/disarming and a test alert before he left. Genuinely feels like full-perimeter coverage now, not just a sensor on the front door.

The physical install -- door and window sensors wired into the panel -- was clean and fast. The monitoring-service app pairing hiccuped on my end (wrong account email on my side, to be fair), and it took one phone call to Northline support the next day to get it sorted. Once paired, everything works exactly as advertised.

I read through a handful of reviews and got quotes from two other installers before booking. Northline's tech was the only one who actually explained where each sensor was going and why, instead of just running through a checklist. Basic-sensors package covers every entry point in our ranch-style house.
