The 8.5oz fleece is genuinely midweight -- warm enough for fall mornings without feeling bulky -- and the left-chest embroidery came out exactly the size and placement I asked for. The kangaroo pocket is deep enough to actually use.
Ordered a medium and it fits like my usual medium hoodies, no need to size up. Had a small custom design embroidered on the chest and the stitch quality is tight with no puckering in the fabric around it.
The embroidery quality itself is excellent -- clean lines, no loose threads. But the heather-gray I received reads noticeably darker and more charcoal than the photo on the site, and it took almost three weeks to arrive. I'd still order again, just wanted to flag the color difference for anyone picky about matching a specific shade.
